Metallbau Emmeln is focused on manufacturing offshore containers in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 and DNV 2.7-2 as well as EN 12079. We carry out development and testing/certification of these products in collaboration with GL (Germanischer Lloyd). Our products: Transformer stations, fire protection containers, noise protection containers, special containers and control cabinet containers. In the offshore sector, special requirements are placed on containers which other containers cannot meet. Offshore containers are used for transporting goods, but also as enclosures for machines, systems and controls, as storage space or for accommodating people on oil and gas drilling platforms, as well as on transformer platforms.
