Anodisation of individual, series, mass-produced and precision parts, adsorptive and electrolytically dyed in all common colours. Fully-automatic anodisation system or hand anodisation. Workable part dimensions of max. 350 x 1000 x 3000 mm. Anodisation-free bore holes and threads, anodisation-free areas on partial areas. Mechanical pre-treatment: Flat grinding, brushing, bead and corundum blasting, chemical pre-treatment: degreasing and staining. Anodisation: Colourless or organically dyed in the common colours of black, gold, blue, red and green or electrolytically dyed in black, gold and bronze colours. Hot and/or cold sealing. Marking: screen and digital printing as under eloxal printing on aluminium up to 1000 x 2000 mm or as surface printing on aluminium, plastic and other materials, rotary printing, 3D printing, laser marking on aluminium and other materials on request complete production of front panels, signs and much more.
