About Us

TRIA has been producing cutting mills for grinding plastics since 1954. Now in its third generation as a family business, the company has grown along with the plastics industry. Having started by focusing on film extrusion, thermoforming and blow moulding, TRIA then went on to become a leading mill manufacturer in this field. Additionally, TRIA provides cutting mills for a broad range of applications in plastics processing. Technical innovation and high quality standards ensure outstanding system reliability at low cost for our customers. In addition to our European production facilities and headquarters in Cologno Monzese, TRIA operates its own branches in China, the US, Brazil and – of course – in Germany. In Sao Paulo, the grinding mills are manufactured locally with European quality standards. With the grinding mill as our key area of expertise, we can supply numerous customer-specific solutions and complete systems.
